Chromebook asking for “Old Password”

Chrome OS encrypts user profiles. So when the account password is changed it will ask you for the old password to decrypt. If your account password has recently been changed and you remember the old one go ahead and enter it.
If not, don't worry. Just follow these 2 steps to get back into your Chromebook.
